Most school supplies are provided by Peace Lutheran School, but there are a few that the students will need to provide.

Please go over these rules with your child so he will understand them better. We will also go over them in the classroom.
SCHOOL RULES ARE… It is important that your child learns to work well within the community of our classroom.
We have TWO basic rules for our classroom. These two general rules have specific parts to help the students to follow them. BE KIND:
Be kind to someone’s feelings
Be kind to someone’s body
Be kind to the school or personal property
ATTENTIVE LISTENING:
Eyes are watching
Ears are listening
Mouth is quiet
Hands are quiet
Feet are quiet
When these rules are followed, there will be rewards such as stickers in the agenda, good notes sent home to parents, and sometimes special treats or activities. If these rules are not followed, there will be consequences of time out in the classroom and parents notified.
If your child stays for the after school program, he/she will need a snack packed in his/her lunch box.
There will be a small snack time in the morning. Each child should have his/her own bottle of water which may stay in the cubby for the child to drink as needed during the day. You may send in several bottles at a time or a case to share with the class; when your child opens the last bottle, I will write a note in the agenda.
We do a “group” snack. You may provide a box or package of snacks such as pretzels, cheese crackers, animal crackers, peanuts, raisins, etc. to share with the class. (No individually wrapped snacks please.) I will distribute a few of the items per child during snack time.
